Inside Track Physical Therapy & Wellness

Dr. Jaime Applegate, PT, DPT

Owner & Founder of Inside Track Physical Therapy & Wellness

Dr. Jaime “Stack” Applegate: I’m the owner & founder of Inside Track Physical Therapy & Wellness as well as a doctor of physical therapy myself. I started this business to get away from the traditional healthcare model of money, insurance, & corporations dictating how patients receive care & return to the model of the physical therapist advising the patient on best practices & the patient dictating what kind of care they want to partake in. I decided to specialize Inside Track PT in the rehab of athletes & active people as this is a field I’m passionate about. Having been a college volleyball & basketball player at Goshen College & having played sports locally at Fairfield High School, I appreciate & understand what level of play & ability athletes need to return to & want to provide it to my local community. Aside from work, I like to crochet, learn how to play new sports, participate in recreational basketball & volleyball, value time with my 2 dogs (Flash & Storm) & my husband Thomas, playing long strategy board games with friends, visiting family for meals & gathering, & reading.

Dr. Haley Brown, PT, DPT

I am a physical therapist at Inside Track! I love working with coworkers who care about their work and are so easy and fun to be around. I also love having patients who are invested in and passionate about their health and goals. This environment has helped push me to learn more and be a better PT to better serve my patients, unlike any other PT job I have held previously. I play a lot of volleyball, but I enjoy anything active or outdoors, especially by water. I also love spending time with my two doggies, Piper and Winnie. Traveling and creating new experiences is my favorite way to refresh, but I always love hanging out with my friends and family nearby. My parents still live in Goshen, and I have a younger brother, Sam, and a younger sister, Julia. We are all really close and have fun spending time together. As previously mentioned, I do have dogs, Piper is my toy poodle and Winnie is my golden retriever. I grew up here in Goshen, graduating from Fairfield High School in 2014 where I played basketball and volleyball (with Dr. Jaime for one year during my freshman and her senior year. I then played volleyball at Bethel College and graduated with my Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2018 before moving to Fort Lauderdale Florida for my Doctorate. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2021 and have moved around a lot since then doing travel PT and other jobs before finally returning to Goshen in April 2024 to start working at Inside Track in May 2024.

Martha Miller, Patient Service Representative

My role at Inside Track is front desk, a little social media and anything else Jaime might want from me. I love the team that is at Inside Track and the emphasis on us as human beings and not just an “employee”. Jaime is open to ideas and encourages us to be our best in every way. She extends grace and understanding and is extremely approachable and open. This is a business that really does practice what they preach and I am so excited to finally find a place where human morals and values are practiced! I love artsy stuff! Whether that be drawing, painting, writing, or creating something fun! I also love a good adventure! Traveling? Yes. Skydiving? One day! White water rafting? Once was enough for me. I just love to experience real life and the thrills it has to offer! If there’s an adventure to be had, take me with you! I have been married to my husband, Matt, for 10 years. We met at Wendy’s when we were in Highschool and the rest is history. We have one Doggy together. His name is Meelo and he is a black Goldendoodle. I am obsessed with him. I grew up in Goshen and graduated from Goshen High School in 2010. Throughout my high school career, I was in Color Guard, which turned into me being a guard director for many years and at various schools. Guard is such a beautiful part of my life and I am so glad to have been able to teach for so long. I recently decided to take a break from teaching to pursue other adventures. Something I am working on is my own health and wellness, as well as going back to school for higher education.
